1) Scope & Who We Are

This Privacy Policy explains how rehouzed inc ("rehouzed," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use our websites, applications, and services (the "Services"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings in our Master Terms of Service.

2) Quick Summary

• We collect account info you give us, device/usage data, property details you submit, and records of communications we intermediate between parties.
• We use this data to run the platform, market properties you submit to potential buyers, communicate with you, prevent fraud/abuse, and comply with law.
• We do not sell personal information for money. We may "share" personal information for advertising/analytics that some state laws regulate; you can opt out and we honor recognized universal opt-out signals (e.g., Global Privacy Control).
• We keep your data only as long as we need to provide the Services and comply with law. On cancellation, you have 30 days to export and we delete most account content after 90 days, with limited exceptions (e.g., billing records).
• We do not offer public APIs.

• Account/transaction information: login, plan tier, billing status, purchase history, and support tickets.

• Property & deal content: addresses, photos, attributes, pricing guidance, notes, and documents you upload.
• Communications metadata: messages we send/receive on your behalf (timestamps, delivery, opt-outs); we intermediate communications between buyers and sellers.
• Device/usage data: IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, referral/UTM data, and cookie or similar IDs.
• Inferences & preferences: features you use, saved searches, buyer categories you interact with.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information (e.g., government IDs, SSNs, financial account numbers) unless we specifically request it for a lawful purpose.

4) Sources of Information

• You, when you create an account, submit a property, request offers, or contact support.
• Your devices, via cookies/SDKs, and our logging systems.
• Public records and third-party providers (e.g., assessor/recorder data) that power estimates and comps.
• Service providers who operate infrastructure, analytics, payment processing, and messaging on our behalf.

5) How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Provide and improve the Services, including underwriting/estimate tools and property marketing.
• Market a property you submit to potential buyers (we share property details while masking direct contact details; we handle communications).
• Communicate with you about your account, feature changes, security, and service messages; send marketing with your consent.

• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

6) How We Share Information

• Potential buyers and marketplace partners, but primarily property details, not your direct contact info, because we intermediate communications.

We do not sell personal information for money. We may "share" personal information for analytics/advertising; you can opt out as described below. We do not share text messaging opt-in consent or originator data with third parties for their own marketing.

7) Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising; Universal Opt-Out

We and our providers use cookies, SDKs, and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services. Some states treat certain analytics/advertising uses as "sharing" or "targeted advertising." • SMS: Reply STOP to opt out; HELP for help. Message/data rates may apply. We do not share SMS opt-in consent or originator data with third parties for their own marketing.
• Cookies/Signals: Use our Privacy Center and browser controls; we recognize eligible universal opt-out signals.

10) Data Retention

• Account content (deals, notes, reports): retained during your subscription; after cancellation, 30-day export window, then deletion after 90 days (subject to legal and security exceptions).
• Logs and security records: typically up to 24 months.
• Billing and transaction records: retained as required by tax and accounting laws (generally 7 years).
• Backups: deleted on rolling purge cycles; deletions may be delayed until backup windows expire.

11) Children

The Services are directed to business users and not to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

12) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

13) International Transfers

If we transfer personal information across borders, we will do so using appropriate safeguards permitted by applicable law.
